                        KAREN FLAMENCO POLICIES:

·         Any missed classes must be made -up within that term.  Term Payment’s will not be carried over to the following Term. No discounts or reduced rates for missed class(es).  Fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable. *unless accompanied by a doctor's note

·         Please come prepared to class (appropriate clothing/ deodorant /shoes )

·         Hands - on instruction: there may be some gentle contact in order  for dancers to understand proper body positions

·         Do not correct fellow dancers unless they have asked you for correction.

·         Karen Flamenco is a non-competitive & friendly environment

·         Karen Flamenco has the right to suggest appropriate level for dancers in order to keep class levels evenly balanced

·         Please note that there may be some costume requirements for performances. Performances are voluntary                 

                        I acknowledge that dance is a physical activity and the potential for physical injury does exist. Karen Flamenco strives to minimise this risk. However, recognising this I will not hold Karen Flamenco, responsible for injuries.  I have read the above policies and agree to the conditions outlined therein, I consent to be (or my child being) photographed and or videotaped in school performances by photographers assigned by the studio.   These photographs may be used for promotional displays and studio functions. I respect that my own photographing/videotaping of other dancers with Karen Flamenco is not permitted without their consent both in class and in performance.
